It was a nice weekend morning. The sound of the wind outside echoed in my window. I had lots of plans for today. My most important priority is to take my cat Minnoş and my dog Max for a walk. I love spending time with them. I wore my track suit. I tidied my room. I was about to leave the house and I remembered what my mother told me.

She said “don’t forget to open the bedroom window, we must ventilate the bedroom every day”. I went back and opened the windows and I couldn’t believe what I saw. When I opened the window, I saw big eyes looking at me. I was so scared I ran to the balcony in the next room. The landscape I saw was too creepy to be true. My lovely cat and dog look much bigger than our 3-storey house. When my dog touched the home with his paw, it was swinging everywhere. I was alone at home. My mom and my dad went shopping early. I threw myself out because I thought the house would be destroyed. I was running with all my strength to get away from home. When I looked behind me as I was running, I noticed that Max and Minnoş were running behind me. I was so tired that I decided to stop. When I looked up, I realized that two of them didn’t want to hurt me. They both looked at me as if they wanted to say ‘we want help’. When I touched their paws, they both started to lick me. I decided to turn our home. While I was waiting for my family, everyone was passing by. Max and Minnoş were scared and they started to run away. The event immediately began to appear on television. When my parents heard these news, they immediately stopped shopping and returned home. They were very worried about me. I was sitting on Max’s paw thinking about what was going to happen. They’re still my lovely little friends. I told my family they wouldn’t hurt anyone. How this event took place was a matter of great curiosity in the country. All televisions stopped broadcasting and focused on this event. Our house was full of journalists. A lot of security measures have been taken to protect the people but I think it wasn’t necessary because they won’t harm anyone. A lot of tests have been done to my little friends to see how it happened. I must be there for the tests because when I wasn’t there, they became scared and tried to escape. A few weeks of research revealed that they ate a chemical food so they became like this. They couldn’t completely return to their original dimensions but their growth was stopped. As the greatest cat and dog in the history of the world they’ve been written in the Guinness book of records but they will always stay for me as my little and lovely friends.
