Technology has a great place in our lives because we live in the technology period. We use technology in all areas from education to health.  All systems in the world are almost based on technology. It shows that we should use the technology. Of course, it has got good and bad sides. For example, today, let's talk about the good and bad things of technology on learning.

Technology has a great contribution in education like in every field. In the past, when there was no projection in schools, teachers and students were using blackboard. The teachers were writing the subject they were going to explain on the blackboard with chalk. As you know that there is certain and limited time period allocated to each lesson at school and we must use this time economically. Teachers were wasting time with writing and deleting something on the board.  This was reducing the efficiency of the lesson but now in every school there are projections so, our teachers don't need to waste time writing something on the board. For example, you have got exam tomorrow but you haven’t got a test book near you, almost every home has internet so you can easily solve test about the topic you are looking for over the internet. The same is true for the revision of the subject. You know that there is a good program about this subject that the government has given us and its name is “EBA TV”. In this difficult process, many students use this program to solve tests and repeat topics. As you know, education is not just the information we learned at school. Books are also teaching something to us. Since we could not go out in this process, we can't go to buy books. There are many sites on the internet for this and we can read the book we want on the internet without paying money and their name is e-book. If we look at things like phones and tablets for a long time, it can harm our eyes. We can't go to school because of the corona virus, so we can process lessons thanks to the program called "zoom" used worldwide. We can also talk to our teachers and friends with this program.  Technology has disadvantages in our lives, too. For example, I just said that if we look at the screen for a very long time, it may harm our eyes. It can be addictive if we play computer games for a very long time. We can almost do most of our work using technological items and I think this makes people lazy. Let's use technology, but not be addicted to technology.
