We must have a balanced diet because our body needs it. A balanced diet is a diet that contains different kinds of food in certain quantities and proportions so that the requirement for calories, proteins, minerals,
vitamins and alternative nutrients is adequate. Our Prophet Muhammed says don't fill all your stomach. 1/3 of your stomach must be liquid, 1/3 of your stomach must be food, 1/3 of your stomach must be air.
We must take care of our body. Because when we have an old body, it is vulnerable. Because we must eat healthy things in our life.
