Emma: Yes, teacher my mom said to me that in that year she and her friends were age 11 and she said, they all did their lessons on computer what was called "distance education".

She said that their lives were really boring but I think it would be great if I experienced those days.
Teacher: Yes, for you, talking is really easy about those days. But if you put yourself in your parents’ shoes, it will be really hard. I was 9 years at the year 2020 and I can exactly say it was really hard to, try not to be bored.
Emma: But teacher you were always at home, you could play with your robots.
Teacher: Ohh (giggle) We didn't have robots in the past. Anyway, it is time for going home is your car plane here? Let me look. Yes, it’s here so see you tomorrow.
From Emma:
After our lessons finished, I always thought things our teacher said. Was it really hard for them? Anyway, I can ask to my mom.
Emma: Hello Mom.
Me: Hello sweety.
Emma: Mommy can I ask something to you?
Me: Yes of course.
Emma: Was it really hard and boring in year 2020?
Me: Hmm. This is a really long topic to talk so let's sit and talk.
Emma: It doesn't matter.
Me: I remember the first coronavirus case in Turkey like yesterday. Turkey's health minister was Fahrettin Koca. That day he announced the first coronavirus case and after 1 week our schools were closed. Then we started distant education. Our teachers and our school helped us to concentrate our lessons a lot. After 1 year we had got a LGS exam so we started studying a lot. The things went on like this. There are tons of things that I can talk to you about 2020 but you may not understand so this is enough. Already you will see the 2020 topic in History lessons. And Coronavirus topic in Science lesson. But now we can do something. Today my old friends sent me a message that they are trying to organise a surprise to our English Teacher. Do you want to help me?
Emma: Of course. Was your teacher, taught you lessons in distant education?
Me: Yes.
Emma: How about writing a letter?
Me: Hmm. It would be great, so can you bring me a paper and an envelope?
Emma: Okay wait a minute mom. I brought.
Dear Big Monster,
I am grateful to you for all your works on me. Now I’ve grown up. I am married and I have got a child. I am responsible of a law firm. I went abroad many times. My English has improved. I know I gave you a lot of difficulties in the lessons, I did not do my homework, I did not care about my English sometimes, but now I am proud of myself because I grew up in the hands of teachers like you, I took lessons from them. You gave us a life lesson, not just English. Thank you for everything. We love you our dear big monster.
Emma: Mom why you wrote big monster?
Me: Because we were her little monsters.
Emma: Mom why are you crying?
Me: I missed my childhood...
