Hello, my name is Nisa. I bought a new computer 2 weeks ago. But my computer was broken. I went to a small store. There were 3 people inside. First, I explained the problems of the computer. They wanted money. I gave the money. 3 days later they called me. I went there. They gave my computer and I went my home. I opened my computer, but computer was not opened.

I went to store back. But they said only the computer was broken. I asked my money back but they refused. I was so angry. I wrote a letter to the store manager. In the letter I told her about these problems. Let’s read his reply:
