I bought a computer from a technology market in İzmit two months ago. When I opened my computer there wasn’t any problem. One month later, it was infected with virus. I went the shop again. Unfortunately, I didn’t save my documents. Flighty worker said, “It is easy we can do it”. But they didn’t protect my documents. All my data were clear. Oh, my Allah.

This is a disaster. I asked them why they didn’t protect. But they ignored me. It isn’t fair. I’m mistreated. Everyone must do their job best. Thus no one worry. Can you help me?
